notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order ReschedulingForeclosure Sale dated April 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002844 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Sergio Orbegoso-Valdivia, The Golden Gate Civic Association, Inc., Tenant # 1 n/k/a Mircedes Ortiz, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 25 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 14, BLOCK 239, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 135 THROUGH 146, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. A/K/A 5000 31ST AVE SW, NAPLES, FL 34116-8104
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
