NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 26 day of June, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-00247, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which THE ESTATE OF VICTOR M. NAVARRO; MARY COLE NAVARRO; NAPLES DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING CENTER, LTD, a Florida limited partnership; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHETHER LIVING OR NOT, AND WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMS AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, are the Defendants, and VICTORIA PARK I PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 23 day of July, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 11, Block 1, Victoria Park, Unit Number 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 7 and 8, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the funds remaining after the sale, if any, must file a claim with the clerk No later than 60 days after this sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
