Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-CA-3223 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 23 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 28, The Majors Phase Two, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, pages 82 through 86, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
