Final Judgment was awarded on April 20, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-006993, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO DELAWARE TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VERICREST OPPORTUNITY LOAN TRUST 2011- NPL1, is the Plaintiff, and, SHAWN M. TEETERS, JOSI J. TEETERS, NATIONAL CITY BANK, KENMARK CONSTRUCTION INC., AQUATIC ARCHITECHS, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM, ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 Tamiami Trail E, NAPLES, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on July 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
