Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 23 day of July, 2012, at 11:00am At Collier County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 101, of LESINA AT HAMMOCK BAY, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4194, Page 1626 and any subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
