YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you for foreclosure of Plaintiffls lien for such unpaid amounts due to the above-named Plaintiff for the following premises located in Collier County, Florida:
Condominium Unit C, Building 7, BARRINGTON, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1331, Page 885, as amended from time to time, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. ('Property).
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff's attorney, Brian O. Cross, Esq., Goede & Adameyk, PLLC, 8950 Fontana del Sol Way, Suite 100, Naples, FL 34109 on or before the 30th day of 1st publication and file the original with the Clerk of this Court; either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
