and commonly known as: 30443 BIRDHOUSE DR, ZEPHYRHILLS, FL 33545; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 6, 2012 at 11am.
