Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
The East 1/2 of the following described property:
The Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the West 38.85 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 24 South, Range 20 East, lying North of the right-of-way of S.R. S-578-A; being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 30; thence run N 0°31'30” W, along the West boundary of said Southeast 1/4, 40.0 feet to the Northerly boundary of the right-of-way of said State Road, for a Point of Beginning; thence continue N 0°31'30” W, 632.0 feet; thence N 89°16'36” E, 690.03 feet; thence S 0°33'05” E, 630.27 feet to said right-of-way; thence S 89°08'00” W, along said right-of-way, 690.33 feet to the Point of Beginning, all being in Pasco County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 26, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
