YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, VILLA DEL RIO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 105, VILLA DEL RIO UNIT 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, pages 17 through 19, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the street address of: 4047 La Pasida Lane, New Port Richey, Florida, 34655.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before August 6, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
