NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CC-4269-WS/U , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GULF ISLAND BEACH & TENNIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, II, INC is Plaintiff, and CORNELIUS J. MCGEEHAN, IBERIABANK, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 19, 2012, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 204 E of GULF ISLAND BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB II, A Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 3300, Page 208, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
