NOTICE is given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 19th day of June 2012 in Civil Action No. 51-2011-CA-3481-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which PAUL JALLO et al, is the Defendant(s) and SUNFIELD HOMES, INC. is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of July 2012 the following described real property set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
PARCEL 1:
Unit No. 8 of The Town Center at Eastlake Woodlands C.C. Condominium, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 16273, Page 2450, and all exhibits and amendments therof, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Lots 23, 24, 25 and 26 and all the vacated alley lying East of Lot 26, Lake View, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 76, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, less right-of-way as recorded in Deed Book 894, Page 142, as amended in O.R. Book 16273, Page 2450, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
PARCEL 5:
Lot 20, LAKE VIEW, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 76, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Less and except that part conveyed to the State of Florida by Special Warranty Deed recorded in O.R. Book 1719, Page 305 and refilled in O.R. Book 1725, Page 265, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
And
Lots 21 and 22, LAKE VIEW, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 76, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS that part lying Southeasterly of and within 70 feet of the survey line of State Road S-582, Section 15560, as said survey line is describing in Order of Taking recorded in O.R. Book 1849, Page 1, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 45.031(2)(f):
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
