NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of May, 2012, and an Order on Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale entered in Case No. 11-CA-002647-ES the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein PINE RIDGE OF PASCO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and LEESEL J. ORTEGA and ELLIOT ORTEGA, JR., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 26th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
