NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 25, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-011981-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Gene W. Zdenek , Indivdually and as Trustee of The Zdenek Family Trust dated October 24, 2003 and Betty A. Zdenek, Individually and as Trustee of The Zdenek Family Trust dated October 24, 2003 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on July 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 22 BRIDGEWATER PHASE 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
