Epting, Jr. and Angela K. Epting a/k/a Angela Epting, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on August 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 48, LAKE BERNADETTE GARDENS PHASE I, AS PER PLAT OR MAP THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 113 THRU 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
