NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-003049-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Plaintiff and Raymond T. Jones a/k/a Ray Jones and Christina Jones, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on August 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 17, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 16 UNIT 3A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 127-134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
