NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-007029-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Santos R. Rivera are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on August 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 26, SIENNA WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 85 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
