NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 13th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-009146-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and ROBERT B IRVING; THOUSAND OAK EAST - PHASE IV HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THOUSAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; U.S. HOME CORPORATION; CLAYTON W LYNCH A/K/A CLAYTON LYNCH; JOAN LYNCH A/K/A JOAN F LYNCH; NANCY IRVING A/K/A NANCY L IRVING; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of July, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, IN THOUSAND OAKS EAST PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
