NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 18th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000621WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC 2006-OP1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OP1 is the Plaintiff and ERIC MATHIS; BEACON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC MATHIS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of July, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 231, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 3C, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
