NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 009638 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and CHRISTINE G. PETROV; NASKO STOILOV, WIFE AND HUSBAND, IF LIVING AND IF DECEASED, AND UNKNOWN PARTY WHOM MAY CLAIM HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST CHRISTINE G. PETROV; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; NATIONAL CITY BANK; FOREST CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 9 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, FOREST CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
