NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-010861-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association (“FNMA”), Plaintiff and Terrence L. Smith and Amelia B. Chandler, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on September 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 13-204, PHASE 13, PARKRIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2004046838 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
