NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 003086 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and JOSE MORALES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE MORALES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMNET MORTGAGE, INC., DBA AMERICAN MORTGAGE NETWORK OF FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 17th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1590, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT NO. 17, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
