NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 007284 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and KATHY A. KOSNICK; GULF GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 45, GULF GATE, UNIT NO.8, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 50, 50A AND 50B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
