NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 013448 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING is the Plaintiff and N CHRISTOPHER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF N. STEPHEN CHRISTOPHER; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; JOHN DOE N/K/A PEDRO CONTRAS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK C, STICKNEY POINT PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
