NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Sale dated June 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 015310 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 8th day of August, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, FOREST CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
