HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR6 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ) RALPH SMITH; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,; JANE DOE N/K/A JANET AZAR are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 24th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
