NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 11, 2012, and entered in 2011 CA 005817 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida , wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH SEMIDEI; JANE DELGADO SEMIDEI; SIENNA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on JULY 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 137, OF SIENNA PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 2006116369, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
