NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 11, 2012, and entered in 2011CA008661NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R11, is the Plaintiff and JERI L. HILLENBRAND; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A WILLIAM DESORMIER are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on JULY 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 889, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES , 18TH ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
