Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on June 20, 2012, in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
A parcel of land situated in Section 31, Township 40 South, Range 20 East, Sarasota County, Florida, being a part of Lot 6, PROSPECT PARK SUBDIVISION, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 98, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of Section 31, Township 40 South, Range 20 East, Sarasota County, Florida, thence along the North line of Section 31, S. 89°09'18” E, 695.00 feet; thence S. 01°08'05” W, 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said point being on the South right-of-way line of Dearborn Street and lying on the Westerly line of an Englewood Water District easement recorded in O.R. Book 425, Page 673, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence along said Westerly line, S. 01°08'05” W, 1121.33 feet; thence N. 89°09'18” W, 346.41 feet; thence along a line parallel with and 340 feet Easterly of the West line of Section 31, N. 00°43'46” E, 1121.33 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of Dearborn Street; thence along said Southerly line, S. 89°09'16” E, 354.34 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Commence at the North (NW) corner of Section 31, Township 40 South, Range 20 East, said corner being marked with a disc which is certified to the Florida Department of Natural Resources, as Corner Record Document Number 34043; thence run N. 89°49'00” E along the North line of Section 31 for a distance of 695.11 feet; thence run S. 00°07'00” W for a distance of 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue S. 00°07'00” W for a distance of 250.00 feet; thence run N. 89°59'43” W for a distance of 60.00 feet; thence run N. 00°07'00” E for a distance of 249.80 feet; thence run N. 89°49'00” E along a line that is 40.00 feet South of and parallel with the North line of Section 31 for a distance of 60.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
