PRATHER; SARASOTA PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A LINDA VRANOS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on JULY 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 413, BUILDING 4, SARASOTA PALMS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004247151, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 26, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
