NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 18, 2012, and entered in 2009 CA 009370NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and MARY C. GARON; JODI GARON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY C. GARON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JODI GARON; M.L.S REALTY INC. NKA MLS REALY, INC. DBA MLS REALTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on JULY 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, IN BLOCK 1, OF HERMOSA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, AT PAGE(S) 132, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
