NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 010973 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and HEIDI L. WALSH; DEER HOLLOW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; CHARLES A. WALSH; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 546 DEER HOLLOW, UNIT III-B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE (S) 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
