NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-008206-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Frank W. Larder a/k/a Frank Larder and Margaret M. Larder a/k/a Margaret Larder, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on September 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN AT THE SE CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, THENCE NORTH 192.00 FEET TO THE NORTH R/W LINE OF BUTTONWOOD DRIVE; THENCE WEST ALONG SAID R/W LINE 610.07 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST, ALONG SAID R/W LINE, 95 FEET; THENCE NORTH 115.00 FEET; THENCE EAST 95 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 115.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEING A PORTION OF LOTS 26, 27, AND 28, BLOCK 10, REVISED PLAT OF LONGBOAT SHORES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUBJECT TO A 10-FOOT ACCESS EASEMENT ALONG THE NORTH 10 FEET OF THE WEST 90 FEET THEREOF.
