NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 1, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-018529-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and SARA FLETES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARA FLETES N/K/A CARLO BETANCOURT; TENANT #1 N/K/A JENNET RODRIGUEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 27th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
