NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 18th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-019032 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and ANDREW J LASH, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., CEDAR CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., FORESTER WOODS AT CEDAR CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, JUDY A PITZ A/K/A JUDY LASH and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, CEDAR CREEK, UNIT 2, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 7 THOUGH 7E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
