NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2012, entered in Case No. 10-CA-018017 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Andres Mejia; Unknown Spouse of Andres Mejia; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Room 201, George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, beginning at 10:00 AM, on the 07 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, BLOCK 3, CAMEO VILLAS UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 87 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
