WEBER, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 800 E Twiggs St Rm 202 Tampa, Florida, 33602 at the hour of 10:00am, on the 1st day of November, 2012, the following described property:
THE WEST 200 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/4 OF TRACT 2, IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF, SECTION 35 TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, IN SOUTH TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECRODED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
