NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 11, 2012 in Case No. 2011 CC 20554, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will, on July 27, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. , on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Rooms 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel Unit No. 2315, of Villa Sonoma at International Plaza Condominium, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14497, page 358 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
