NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-011364 DIV F of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2004-OPT5 TRUST, ABFC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-OPT5, is the Plaintiff and LATTIE C. RABY A/K/A LATTIE RABY; JACQUELINE RABY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00AM on October 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 5, OF MAP OF HILLSBORO HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
