NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 12 and entered in Case No.2011-CC-010075 , of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein River Oaks Condominium III Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and TAMIQUECA JOHNSON D'OYLEY, Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 27 day of July, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 102, RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM III, PHASE I, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page(s) 11 and amended in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 34, and being further described in that Certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3875, Page(s) 209 thru 297, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided share in common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
