NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 18, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-014898, DIVISION: K, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE3 is Plaintiff, and SHERISE S. SPILLER, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 27th day of July, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1, THE WILLOWS-UNIT NO. 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
