NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-026429 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and ROLANDO RAMIREZ JR., ET AL the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and bidder for cash, at 2:00pm on the 24 day of July, 2012, at 2:00 P.M. to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, FLORIDA, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 4, BLOCK 4, ROBINSON'S AIRPORT SUBDIVISION NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
