YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 10 of West Tampa Heights, as per map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, on Page 100, and the North 1/2 of vacated alley abutting thereon of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
More commonly known as 2310 West Cordelia Street, West Tampa Heights, FL 33607
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis, Co., LPA, whose address is 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is August 6, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
