NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19th, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-005967(B) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and MUSTAFA A. RIDHA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MUSTAFA A. RIDHA; JANE DOE N/K/A PATRICIA TELFAIR; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00pm on July 23rd, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF LOT 19, 21 AND 23, BLOCK 5 AND THE NORTH 21.67 FEET OF LOTS 20, 22 AND 24, BLOCK 5, ALL BEING IN TAMPA TOURIST CLUB, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
