NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2012, and entered in 29-2010-CA-007641 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK
MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC.ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-31 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-31, is the Plaintiff and AHMED ABDEL-SHAFY A/K/A AHMED ABDELSHAFY A/K/A AHMED M. ABDELSHAFY; THE VILLAGES OF OAK CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A DEEP ALIWAIWI are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on November 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 79, BLOCK 8, PARKWAY CENTeR SINGLE FAMILY PHASE 2B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 96-103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
