NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2012, and entered in 10-CA-022270 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and HANNA SOLIMAN; HASSANEIN SOLIMAN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AKA SCOTT SCHAEFFER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 AKA KRYSTAL SCHAFFER; FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00am on July 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 73, FISHHAWK RANCH PHASE 2 PARCEL “DD-1A”, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGES 47 THRU 60, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
