NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 12, and entered in 09-CA-002644(A) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and ALPA TIPNES; VICK TIPNES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS,INC.; JOHN DOE 2 N/K/A JAMES SCOTT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 am on July 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 17 AND THE NORTH 10 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 17,BLOCK 1,OAKLAND HILLS;ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24,PAGE 7,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY,FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
