NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 19, 2012 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-054678, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-OA2B is the Plaintiff, and, RAQUEL GARCIA; PABLO GARCIA; JOHN DOE N/K/A ROBERT ALVAREZ; JANE DOE N/K/A STEPHANIE ALVAREZ; and ARBORS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida at 2:00 PM on July 23, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Unit 14905-306, building 6, Arbors At Carrollwood, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, and amendments thereto, recorded in official records book 16781, page 45, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
