NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA011398 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein,BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, BRYAN P RICHARD, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 800 E Twiggs St Rm 201/202 Tampa, Florida, at the hour of 10:00am, on the 25 day of July, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 11, BLOCK 7, COVINGTON PARK, PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87 AT PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
