Notice is given that pursuant to Final Judgment for Foreclosure entered in Case No.:10-CA-008306, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which, PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are HELEN M. RILEY; COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A., AND UNKNOWN TENANT, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 2nd floor, Rooms 202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on July 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment for Foreclosure:
Lot 3, in Block 1 of PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES PHASES 1 AND 2 according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 84, Page 61 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
