Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated June 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 10-CA-023003, in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-1 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff, and PAMELA JACOBSON, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough Florida, described as:
LOT 12, IN BLOCK C-3, OF TEMPLE TERRACE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at George Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 201/202, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10:00 am, on the 25 day of July, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
